    (1) I have not received the confirmation email after placing the order

    (2) Where's my tracking number?

    Essentially, the situation is similar for users of Yahoo Mail. If you haven't received the tracking number from us within three business days and you're not using Yahoo Mail, please reach out to us promptly. However, we advise against using Yahoo Mail to contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    (3) I paid for overnight shipping, but why does it take more than 2 days to be delivered?

    Regrettably, we do not offer overnight shipping since our shipping carrier is USPS. It's possible that you opted for USPS Priority Mail (3-5 days), which is the quickest shipping method available from us. Kindly allow an additional 1-2 days for packing & handling. We appreciate your patience.
