(1) I have not received the confirmation email after placing the order
Are you using Yahoo email? Yahoo mail's default setting is blocking new/unknown senders' email automatically. Please write 'Requesting confirmation email' on the title of the contact form, then I'll send you a copy of invoice asap.
(2) Where's my tracking number?
Basically the same issue with Yahoo mail users. If you're not using Yahoo mail, but still haven't gotten the tracking number from us within 3 business days, please contact us immediately. We recommend not to use Yahoo mail to contact us though. Sorry about the inconvenience.
(3) I paid for overnight shipping, but why does it take more than 2 days to be delivered?
Unfortunately, we do not have the overnight shipping option(as our shipping carrier is USPS). You maybe paid for USPS Priority Mail(2-3 days) as it is the fastest shipping option you can choose from us. Please allow 1 - 2 more days, thank you for your patience.
