When USB DC input voltage is higher than 5.6~20V, the electronic switch will be off and screen will say “HI”(ultra-high voltage). As the Aptitude Charge Cable disconnected protection is activated, the output voltage is 0V, thus safely protects the phone from the high voltage.

High current protection
When the cell phone is charged through the Aptitude Charge Cable, it can detect the charger output current and voltage, filtered into your phone again, and provides the safe “blood” for your phone, whose size can be seen from screen.
The maximum current value through the Aptitude Charge Cable is 2.5A. If the current higher than 2.5A is detected by the microcomputer (MCU), the electronic switch will be off and screen will say “HI”. As the Aptitude Charge Cable disconnected protection is activated, the output current is 0A. When recharging, and after power outage, the microcomputer (MCU) will be automatically reset to get a security protection.
